Systran will guarantee the satisfaction of course attendee(s) and refund a attendee’s money for valid complaints about a course, seminar or workshop.
Attendee(s) must meet completion Attendee Certification requirements as described in Systran’s Seminar/Workshop Registration, Attendance, and Certification Policy.
Systran will make available equivalent replacement parts for any product sold to the State for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
